At Rinnai, we stand by the quality of our home heating and water solutions; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused product within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all installation hardware and manuals.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unit in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, documentation, and the RMA form are included inside.
Ship to Rinnai
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
